Please Note: Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Due to the complexities of insurance contracts, we cannot guarantee coverage. However, we will make every effort to help you prepare for your upcoming appointment by providing you with an estimate of your insurance benefits.
We ask that your estimated patient portion be paid at the time of service. For your convenience, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment.
